Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact us at support@soled.in with your order number.
Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Refund Policy.
Refund on Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
